OBJECTIVES

  1. To ensure that all students benefit by keeping inclusively abreast with the latest trends, societal needs and global advancements.
  2. To enhance the quality of academic work by adopting diverse learning styles with student-centred, innovative teaching methods.
  3. To encourage faculty and students to engage in high quality research, innovations and projects that contribute to academic advancement and social development.
  4. To develop and maintain state-of-the-art infrastructure including smart classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, libraries with digital resources and other teaching aids that support academic excellence.
  5. To provide co-curricular and extra-curricular engagement opportunities as well as robust academic, career and personal counselling services that support the growth and progress of students.
  6. To implement fair, transparent and efficient assessment methods, ensuring timely assessment, feedback and use of modern technology for continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
  7. Promote a participatory and transparent governance structure to empower faculty, staff and students to play an active role in decision-making and leadership within the institution.
  8. Create an inclusive campus environment that supports equity, social justice and representation of marginalized groups, fostering an equitable environment for all categories of students.
  9. Design and implement extension activities and community engagement initiatives that promote social responsibility and contribute to the welfare of the local community.
